Ryan grew up in the real estate business with developers and builders in his family.  Originally from California, Ryan came to Austin "because this is the fastest growing real estate environment in the country. If you’re going to work in real estate, there’s no better place to be!” 

With a double major in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of South Carolina, Ryan is 100% focused on helping his clients with their residential real estate goals, including assisting residential builders and developers in the highly-competitive and specialized area of land and ranch acquisition.

Ryan especially loves the Texas Hill Country with its rolling hills, winding lakes, and beautiful neighborhoods.  Working with a boutique agency where everyone works closely together is what Ryan appreciates most about Intelligent Real Estate.  “The resources of a big box agency, with the feel of a family is what my clients and I enjoy most.  It truly feels like home.”

FUN FACT: 

While living in California, Ryan “randomly auditioned for an Audi commercial.” He was selected and featured for ONE SECOND in the commercial. “I saw it on TV one time,” he said, smiling. “It was on during the NCAA basketball championship—that’s the only time I’ve ever seen it!” Ryan’s 1-second of television fame can still be viewed on YouTube.
