With lifelong roots in the area, Shauna brings a unique perspective to the market. She grew up in Lakeway, living there since 1987, and married another long-time local, third-generation Austinite John Sitra. Having been in the area as a child, single adult, and now married mother of two young girls, Morgan (10) and Harper (8), Shauna boasts a deep understanding and appreciation of the various neighborhoods in our great city, and the amenities each offers for every lifestyle. She especially loves the “great little weekend getaways” near Austin: Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Rockport, and Port Aransas are some of her favorites. 

Shauna has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas State, and has been a real estate agent since 2005. She loves the family feel of being a part of the Intelligent Real Estate team. “It’s about helping people,” she notes, “not about how much money can I make off them.” Her passion is all about providing the best service—“from start to finish!”—to her clients.

Shauna and her family move…a lot! They’ve lived in 10 different homes in 14 years, all in the Lakeway area.
She loves playing tennis, saltwater fishing, and just being outdoors with her family.
